Book a home energy assessment with us and take your first step toward a greener home. Our Certified Energy Advisors will visit your home to conduct an EnerGuide assessment, checking insulation, air leakage and mechanical systems.
EnerGuide is a nationwide rating system that helps you understand your energy use and find ways to improve efficiency.
Once we’ve completed your energy assessment, we’ll provide guidance on the best ways to enhance your home’s energy efficiency.
Take advantage of government loans and rebates. A Home Energy Assessment is the first step to provincial rebates. As an Efficiency Nova Scotia and Efficiency PEI Preferred Partner, one of our Certified Energy Advisors will visit your home to conduct an EnerGuide assessment, checking insulation, air leakage and mechanical systems. EnerGuide is a nationwide rating system that helps you understand your energy use and find ways to improve efficiency.
General eligibility: Available for homes in Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island that are at least six months old and have not yet started renovations.
Moderate Income Rebate: You may be eligible for up to $10,000 in additional rebates and a free assessment if your household meets Efficiency NS or PEl’s income threshold.
Oil to Heat Pump Affordability (OHPA) eligibility: You may be eligible for up to $15,000 (in rebates and a free assessment) to switch to a whole-home cold-climate heat pump system if you heat your home with nonelectric fuels and your household meets our income threshold.
