Job Summary
The Marketing Manager leads the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies that promote Trinity Energy Group’s services, strengthen brand presence, and support business growth. This role manages both digital and traditional marketing initiatives, oversees the creation of marketing materials, and ensures consistent messaging across all platforms. The Marketing Manager works closely with internal teams and external partners to align marketing activities with organizational objectives and to enhance overall market positioning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that support company objectives and promote Trinity Energy Group’s services and capabilities.
- Oversee the creation, quality, and distribution of marketing materials including brochures, case studies, presentations, and newsletters.
- Manage the company’s online presence, including social media strategy, website content, and digital advertising initiatives.
- Plan, coordinate, and support events, trade shows, and client engagements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing content aligns with project, business development, and operational needs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that inform strategy.
- Monitor, track, and report on marketing campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers involved in marketing production, media placement, or promotional activities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials, communications, and platforms.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in construction, trades, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage projects, provide direction, and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong project management abilities and experience overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for various audiences.
- Experience with social media management, email marketing tools, and content management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, or similar tools is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use insights to guide marketing strategy.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Perform other related duties as required.
