- Must be 19 years or older
- Must own the home listed in the application
- Property must be located within Trinity’s service area
- Only one entry per household
2. Contest Period
- Clearly list start and end dates
3. How to Enter
- “No purchase necessary.”
- Entry by filling out form on the contest landing page
4. Prize Details
- One (1) fully installed heat pump (model to be selected based on home needs and availability)
- Approximate retail value (e.g. $5,000–$7,000)
- Prize includes standard installation
- No cash alternative
5. Winner Selection
- Random draw conducted on [date]
- Winner will be contacted via phone and/or email
- If winner doesn’t respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected
6. Publicity & Consent
- Winner agrees to have name, photo, and general location shared for promotional purposes (with written consent)
7. Privacy
- Data will be handled in accordance with Trinity’s privacy policy
- Personal information will not be shared or sold
8. Right to Cancel or Modify
- Trinity Energy Group reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest in the event of fraud or other issues
