Trinity provides comprehensive fire protection solutions through advanced cementitious and intumescent fireproofing, safeguarding structural steel and building assemblies such as floors, ceilings, roofs, and walls to meet commercial safety standards and building codes.

Complementing this, our CAN/ULC-S115-compliant firestopping systems are essential for containing the spread of fire and smoke, preserving critical fire separations in facilities like hospitals, hotels, schools, and residential buildings.

We offer the following options:

 

FIREPROOFING SYSTEMS

Cementitious and intumescent fireproofing is designed to meet commercial fire protection standards and building codes. We also provide structural steel, floor, ceiling, roof wall assemblies.

 

INTUMESCENT PAINT

A coating that expands when exposed to heat to protect structures. This option is thin, lightweight, and aesthetically pleasing, but may require multiple coats and is more often more costly than cementitious fireproofing.

CEMENTITIOUS FIREPROOFING

A durable, fire-resistant coating for steel and concrete. This option is cost-effective but heavier and less visually appealing than intumescent paint.

 

FIRESTOP SYSTEMS

Sealants and barriers designed to prevent fire spread in walls and ceilings.
